service was ok, price was ok but after a year was raised by about 60%, service is just unbearable as there is no one to talk to. i chatted with them just to tell that on their end everything is great..well ,our internet goes more then it comes...we have to change companies..we should have done it over a year ago but were lazy..it is such a bummer that when you need sales department, you can talk to the nicest person on the first ring but customer service will keep you on the phone for 20-30 minutes before you talk to a rep who can't help you ..
They are rip off artist, there internet always drops. Then it takes forever to reach someone. Then they do the same shit every time but no results. Then they tell you to wait and we are still waiting. At least once a month we have issues with them. GO TO aNOTHER provider
