I scheduled an installation for a Sunday appointment and the technician never showed up. I never received a courtesy call and when I called their help desk no one could give me any status information or were able to get a hold of the technician. They told me they could only send emails to the technician. I do not recommend making a weekend installation appointment as you may never be able to get any assistance in the event the technician does not show up.
