We have been told for over 6 months that our neighborhood will have service. Every month we are told "Next Month". This has been going on for over a year in my neighborhood. My friends have had to sale their home because no one here can work from home. I called when closing on this house and was told by spectrum that a few houses on my street already have service and we could get service in a week. NO ONE here has service and we are lied to every time we call in. I am beyond upset and now im going to voice my experience on every platform i can find. (Google, Social media, ect..) Atleast be honest with your customers and tell them the truth. Next month should not be the answer unless you can provide the service. Even the install tech are saying they have no clue what's going on because no one communicates in the company. Spectrum was sending out installers when the lines were not even ran. this is very upsetting.
